Overview

The surf camp is in a tropical garden located few hundred metres from Raisins Clairs beach and it takes less than 10mn to walk to the center of Sain-François (Guadeloupe FWI). The location of the camp means you get to stay in a calm environment but also be close to sports activities (surfing, kitesurf, diving, parachuting, golf, tennis,...) or tourism and shops of Saint-François (trade, bars, casino, night club, old harbour, Marina, traditional market, tourist centre, etc.)

The camp will pick you up at the airport of Pointe à Pitre and bring you to your accommodation.

The big continental breakfasts and two dinners a week are planned with delicious recipes consisting of fresh fish and local vegetables.

Accommodation

Bedrooms are equipped with powerful ceiling fans and each bed has a mosquito net.  Portable air conditioners can also be provided upon request.

Each room has a large bathroom with wash basin and big shower and a separate toilet.
A very well equipped shared kitchen is at your disposal and they recommand a lot of very good small restaurants.

Surf & Other Activities

Your stay at camp will be punctuated by sports activities, relaxation by the pool or in the lounge area, rest, library, Internet, as well as spending an evening at the bar run by Peyo for a beer or a ti-punch with a ping-pong tournament.

If you'd like to see something different, they organise trips to the neighbouring islands of "Désirade", "Petite Terre" and to the "Grand Cul de Sac Marin".

If you are a beginner surfer, there's nothing like starting with small quiet waves in 28° water with good equipment and good advice from a qualified surf instructor.

Sunset Surf Camp offers you all-day or half-day-training sessions. Olivier their surf instructor will pick you up from Sunset Surf Camp and will drive you to the best spots.They meet at the Camp every morning at 9:30am or every afternoon at 2:30pm.
